My best friend's son is out on his own now. Earlier this week he updated his Facebook status to "takin' some me time", so I sent him a message and asked what he was doing for his me time. "I don't know." When I replied with "lol" he said, "No seriously, what do you do to take a me day?"
Funny thing is, I'm 40 years old and still ask myself the same question....
